The fact that the page overview does not show the links suggests that this issue could have something to do with caching on your site. Please flush your cache and let us know how this goes.

I followed your suggestion and cleared all caches(via Siteground Optimiser) a few days ago.
I hoped that links would appear in the last few days, but they do not.
Really hope you can find the cause of this strange behaviour.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Everything seems to be working as expected on this page, the link counter is able to detect the 10 internal links.
I think the ranking problem could have something to do with the focus keyword that you are ranking for which is highly competitive.

Sorry, I believe there is a miscommunication because not everything is working as it should.
I know internal links are working, but this is all about the links from other pages to the page /koffie
Your plugin is about SEO and I am trying to get a better position and therefore I am linking from other pages to /koffie.(see my first post)
And it is important to know how many links it is getting. The problem is that it is not showing these external links.
Your suggestion to clear cache unfortunately did not help.
Please take the time you need and I am sure you can make this work like it should.
