    Is there a way to include domain in alternate links in the head tags ?

    Hello,

    The hreflang tags are added by the translation plugins and many translation plugins by default add absolute URLs (with the domain) in the href attribute.

    Please get in touch with the support of your translation plugin as they would be in a better position to assist you.
