In regards to the PRO Plan

    Hello Guys,

    I was trying to upgrade from free to pro plan yesterday but the payment transaction was failed but the few rupees was deducted, please check the following:

    The email address was “h**********@g********: and the Narration i see in bank is “POS 514834XXXXXX2749 FastSpring”, with the Cheque/Ref. No. mentioned “223805”.

    Still I want to upgrade to Pro plan and get the discount.

    If the payment failed you should get back the money refunded to your account as that is what usually happens when there are not enough funds in the account to complete the purchase.
