  • Hello,

We apologize for the issue you are facing with your ticket regarding the Schema markup. Thank you for providing the details and the reference to the previous ticket.

It seems that the developers from Optimize Press are looking for specific guidance on the type="oprocket" code and its impact on the rich results. Here are a few steps you can take to address their concerns:

    1. Identify Code Locations: You should identify all 16 places where the type="oprocket" code is present on your page. It would be helpful to provide them with a list of these locations.

    2. Check Other Modifications: If there are any other modifications made to the Schema markup or related code, please compile that information as well. This will help in diagnosing any potential issues.

    3. Testing with Google Tools: Since they mentioned using the Google Rich Results Test tool, ensure that the Schema markup is valid and recognized by Google. You can use Google’s Rich Results Testing Tool to verify if there are any errors or warnings in your Schema implementation.

    4. Review Structured Data Guidelines: It might also be beneficial to review Google’s structured data guidelines to ensure compliance with their requirements.

If you have further questions or need additional assistance, please feel free to reply to this ticket, and a human agent from our support team will take over and provide more detailed help.

Thank you for your patience, and we’re here to assist you further!

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

The schema is still not getting detected because they’ve changed the type:

It should be only type="application/ld+json" as you can see here:

    Here’s the test result: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=m_yy2yO3QcCIQLozn3AMgw

Please get in touch with this plugin support again and you can ask them to assist you in removing the following part from the schema script tag:

It should be only type="application/ld+json" class="rank-math-schema".

Let us know how it goes. Looking forward to helping you.

    Thank you.

Optimise press developers have got back to me on this and mentioned that whether type=”oprocket” is in the code or not, they are not seeing any difference on the Google tool, but there are 16 places where this code is added on your page. Can you tell us which part you are removing this from?

Can you tell us if there is any other code you are modifying?

We copied all code from your site and only took out that type=”oprocket” and the results are the same on this tool here:
    https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=tK5mFlaSd21EZ7ofD4ePUA

    Hello,

You can view the source code of the page to see the line 35

    script type="oprocket" data-oprocket-type="application/ld+json" class="rank-math-schema"

This is the result of copying the line 35 from your site:
    https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=uqUUITXgnp398ooJRdStqA

And this is the result of removing the type="oprocket" data-oprocket-type=" that is getting added in the Rank Math schema code:
    https://search.google.com/test/rich-results/result?id=84vh_uaLB5R6PGk1b3WjaA

    Where it should only be:
    script type=”application/ld+json” class=”rank-math-schema”

They should be able to notice the difference in both results where the schema is not generated.

    Looking forward to helping you.
