I have added image alt text in the media library, however it is not reflecting on the actual post.
Is the there any option for to fetch alt text from the media library?
If you’ve added alt text in the Media Gallery from WordPress, then Rank Math should be able to add the alt attributes by enabling “Image SEO” module.

Also, can we update alt text by exporting, importing spreadsheet? similar to meta title.
Also, can we update post main title (h1), by exporting importing spreadsheet?
You can only export and import data which is handled by our plugin, that means data handled by WordPress cannot be imported, for instance H1, alt texts from the media gallery etc.
