In Divi i Cant see the rank math window - Support

Rank Math free

When i click on the rank math button in Divi the window opens so far on the left that i cant see it or move it.
Checked with DIVI support – after checking they referred me to your support.

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Hello,

Since the issue is with Rank Math and Divi, you can enable them both upon troubleshooting mode. If the issue is fixed upon doing so, you can enable your plugins one by one to find the culprit.

That didnt work.

All plugins were off expect rank math and still does not help.

other options?

by the way – in what version did you add this option? maybe best for now till you have a fix or a solution to roll back to a version i can atleast use rank math.

also what is the version i can downgrade too? as i cannot use rank math if i cant go and change data of SEO

Hello,

I logged into your website’s admin area and I was able to replicate the issue. We’ve noted this as a bug and it would be fixed in our future updates.

For now, I’ve added the below code to your theme’s functions.php file and the SEO meta box is appearing as expected.

It works – thanks! i can also see the workaround in the functions PHP

Will i need to remember to remove it next version? or if its stays it wont be a problem?
