    Hello,

    I submitted the question to the facebook group but was refered here. Here’s a screenshot of my question and what you guys answered: https://prnt.sc/s0od8r

    I now tried to do import the noindex settings again from Yoast but again nothing happened after the import process finished. This is from where I import the settings -> https://prnt.sc/s0oax6

    Looking for you help as I wish to use the plugin 🙁

  • Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Can you please disable all the plugins and use the default theme and run Rank Math’s importer?

    You can re-run the importer but DO NOT delete Yoast’s data.

    Looking forward to helping you.

    Wouldn’t disabling all the plugins (including WooCommerce) and switching the theme afterwards ruin how the site is setup after enabling them again? I haven’t ever done complete disabling of all plugins and theme switch so I’m a little worried. Should I be worried?

    Hi Georgi,

    Not at all. Moreover, if you are worried – you can do this via the Troubleshooting mode:

    https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

    Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hi Todd,

    I did the Troubleshooting mode as you said with activated RankMath and WooCommerce. However, the index status of the products wasn’t imported again.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Could you please delete the Rank Math plugin and perform a fresh install by adding the following code to your theme’s functions.php file:

    /**
     * Filter to remove Rank Math data from the database
     */
    add_filter( 'rank_math_clear_data_on_uninstall', '__return_true' );

    Once you have installed a new copy of the plugin, you can delete this code and then import the Yoast data once more.

    Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello,

    The provided code did the job successfully. I should have mentioned that I constantly switched back and forth from Yoast to RankMath and maybe this caused the described issue.

    Thank you very much! You are the best.
