Which plugin do you wish to import from? Rank math does have an import & export section where you can import data from other plugins in Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export under Other plugins section.
If your plugins is not listed here, you can import your redirections to another plugin such as redirection plugin then import from this to Rank math.

I am sorry but this is not currently recognized for direct Rank math import. You can try one of the following options:
Option 1: You can try using a third party redirection plugin supported by Rank math and see if this may allow to import the redirections. If it allows so, import to this then use Rank math to import from here. This should only be done once and if the redirections are imported successfully you can remove the other s.
Option 2: If the above doesn’t work you can check plugin allows export to csv. If it does, you can import the exported CSV to a redirection plugin supported by Rank math then import to Rank math from this plugin.
