Imports/migration from SmartCrawl are not currently supported by Rank Math. There is, however, a workaround. You can migrate from SmartCrawl to Yoast SEO, then from Yoast SEO to Rank Math https://yoast.com/help/migrate-from-smartcrawl-seo-to-yoast-seo/. https://rankmath.com/kb/yoast-seo-migration/
