Import settings is not working

If Rank Math’s settings were not imported to the subdomain, you can import the live site settings and export them to the subdomain. Please check this link for more information:

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

If the issue still persists, we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.

Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

Could you please confirm if those titles/descriptions you have set are upon editing the page individually?

If so, the Rank Math Import/Export process only exports your Rank Math settings (Default title/description). If you need to export the SEO metadata you have set for your pages individually (like title, description, focus keywords, etc..), please use WordPress’s inbuilt export from your WordPress dashboard > Tools > Export.
