Thanks for contacting Rank Math.
You can follow this method to import from SEO Pressor:
1. Install Yoast and run the setup wizard
2. Go to SEO > Tools > Import & Export > Import from other SEO Plugins:
3. SEOPressor should appear there in a dropdown.
4. Select SEOPressor and complete the import.
5. Deactivate Yoast as well as SEOPressor
6. Install Rank Math and run the setup wizard.
7. During the setup wizard, you will be given an option to import from Yoast.
8. Perform the import and you are done.

Importing from another plugin to Rank Math will not remove all your settings data.
