Import Redirects Using 301 Redirects

    Hi,
    Before I installed Rank Math I used 301 redirects plugin to manage redirects. In the initial setup I didn’t find an easy way to import these redirects to Rank Math. Now I’m trying to thin down the plugins on my site, but I still don’t see an easy way to import redirects from 301 Redirects to Rank Math. (I’ve got a little over 100 of them)

    I looked over the article here https://rankmath.com/blog/bulk-301-redirects-wordpress/ but some of the options/interface has been changed since the article was written, so it was hard to follow the steps.

    So, I’d like to uninstall 301 Redirects and just use Rank Math to manage redirects. But I was having trouble finding a way to import them. How do I go about doing that?

    Hello,

    Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the delay and any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I checked and it seems like the import is not supported with the plugin that you are using. It isn’t showing up under other plugins in WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export.

    In this case, the only way to import is using a CSV file but that option is only available in the PRO version. So you will either have to create redirections manually or will have to upgrade to PRO to use the CSV import option.

    If you don’t want to upgrade then you can turn off Rank Math’s redirection module and keep using the 301 redirects plugin to create and manage the redirections.
