Hi,
I’m trying to upload a CSV file with redirects on my website but it gets stuck.
I tried different file sizes. I tried with a CSV containing 100 redirects. The message “Items processed: 200/101” seems to be wrong.Can you please help me with that? Please let me know if you need more information.

We’ve tried to import the CSV file and it is imported properly without any issue.
If the import still not working on your website then we suggest you to check if the Cron jobs on your site are working properly. Because the system that imports the data rely on scheduled actions to import the CSV data into the website. Please install the WP Crontrol plugin and navigate to WP Dashboard > Tools > Cron Events to make sure that the Cron Jobs is working fine on your site.
If the Cron jobs are working fine on your site, then we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
Please do take a complete backup of your website before sharing the information with us.

However, as my colleague has stated, it seems that you’re using the PRO version and the feature you’re trying to use is only available in the PRO version. But the account you used to open this ticket is for the free version of our plugin.
