From where are you importing from? If it is from a plugin, you can head over to Rank math > Status & Tools > Import & Export and look for plugin importer section.

I would not be using a plugin. Our copywriters provide the meta title and meta description in a spreadsheet when they deliver the product descriptions. We have 5,000+ SKUs, so I was looking for a way to bulk upload the meta data.

I am sorry but Rank math does not have such an option currently.
As a work around you can use a plugin that supports importing from spreadsheets then import into Rank math from the plugin You can also check if WP ALL Import plugin to import the data.
