Hello, I have tried a few times to import my meta, titles, etc. but it is not working it gives an error message. Please advise.

Use the Import & Export Feature: If you missed importing data during the Setup Wizard, you can still import it by navigating to Rank Math SEO → Status & Tools → Import & Export. From there, select the Other Plugins section and choose the data you want to import from Yoast SEO.

Recalculate SEO Scores: If you have the option to recalculate SEO scores during the import, try unchecking that option to see if it resolves the issue.

In this case, please try reimporting the data again in Rank Math > Status & Tools > Import & Export > Other Plugins, then under the plugin column, uncheck the Calculate SEO Scores option below, and click the Import button.
There’s an issue with the Calculate SEO Scores option upon importing the Yoast data which might hinder the process.
