Hi I followed the instructions to import from Yoast but it is not working. The script seems to run and it even says completed successfully. It also deactivates Yoast. Unfortunately non of the meta data is there. Can you help?

Hi Thanks for your support.
I have checked and double checked. When I goto the posts page in wordpress there is no keywords or meta data. I have tried the same link in your heymeta app. With Yoast it is ok. When I run the Rankmath installer it says everything is imported but it is not visible. It disables Yoast but no of the meta data is there when I check your heymeta app.What can you suggest?

I logged into your website’s admin area and was able to replicate the issue.
I followed this troubleshooting guide and imported the data by keeping only Rank Math enabled and the data got imported without any issues.
It seems like there was some plugin/theme interrupting the import process.
Could you please check if all the data is imported?
Also, I noticed that you have installed the Rank Math PRO plugin on the website. Please share the email address using which you purchased Rank Math PRO so that we can update the records.

Ok thank you. This didn’t work. We had to move all the meta data manually.

I can check that you have switched back to Yoast and disabled Rank Math on your site. If this is because of the issue with the data import, we can check this further if you want to switch to Rank Math.

Yes I switched back because of the data import issues. We’ve now been through and manually updated everything so will give it another try. I do wonder if something else hasn’t gone wrong in the background though.

I think I have sorted the issue. All except the Content AI – my account came with zero and now on pro it is still zero. Who can I contact for this as it is a feature id like to try.
