Here is a simple trick that you can use to get a demo CSV file for your use:
– Create a demo simple product via the WooCommerce admin UI
– Install the following plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-import-export-for-woo/
– Export your created product to CSV and take a look at the structure to be able to create CSV import files
