Upon inspecting your website further we noticed that the page where there are some FAQ blocks from Yoast is not letting us add more FAQ blocks from Yoast, which would indicate that there’s something corrupt related to those blocks on that specific page.
When you tried to convert those blocks on your live site you encountered the same issue? Also, on the live site are you able to add more FAQ blocks from Yoast?

this is my only FAQ block currently and i have not added or tried to add another one.
During the installation of rank math yoast has been decativated and i never turned it on again since then.In the worst case i create a new rank math faq block and copy & paste question and answer. Not a big deal for me but i thought you might be interested why it has not been converted and that i am not able to find it with rank math conversion tool.

Since the Yoast FAQ block seems to be corrupt that and we can no longer add any more I would ask that you please convert this one manually to the Rank Math’s FAQ block.
We tried replicating this issue multiple times on local installations but couldn’t exactly pinpoint the issue.
We appreciate your patience and understanding with this matter.

Hi Miguel,
the block is corrupt in the WP editor as long as yoast is deactivated. If you active yoast (and deactivate rank math) the block es editable and no longer corrupted.
What exactly do you mean with “convert this one manually to the Rank Math’s FAQ block”

Thanks for getting back to us.
We have reported this to our dev team but after a lot of tries we were not able to reproduce this error and everything was working fine on our test installations.

This would indicate that something on your installation is causing this issue of not letting the blocks be converted.
Since this is the case, my recommendation of converting the blocks manually is to simply copy and paste the question and answers over to the Rank Math FAQ block.

i created the blocks manually but structure test tool is not able to find any FAQ data. So i made this simple Test FAQ Blocks

The page you just created can’t be reached by Googlebot to check the Schema:
However, if you check the source code of the page and test the Schema that it’s there, you can see that it correctly detects the FAQ block:
This is usually because your website is blocking access from bots and thus it can’t process the page correctly.

actually the “workaround” was creating a new FAQ block 😉
However if everythings works so far is it safe to delete yoast since i do not want to have any inactive plugins?Kind regards,

We’re sorry that the conversion didn’t work this time.
As for the removal of Yoast, you could do a quick run to make sure that the data is imported correctly. In case all the data is now imported correctly and all the settings are according to your desire, you can safely remove the Yoast plugin from your installation.
