Are you using any security plugins? If yes, please deactivate it.
Please follow these steps:
1. Disable SEO Press plugin.
2. Install Rank Math and run the setup wizard.
3. Choose to import from SEOPress when Asked.
4. You should be good to go.

I did that and it did not add the Keywords and lots of it missing? like social accounts etc.
I have a .json export file that i tried to import but it says can’t do it due to security reasons. I will try another browser and see what happens.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WordPress & FTP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):
