Thank you for the follow up.

I can suggest that you use the native export/import feature in WP to migrate the settings.
But since WP blocks the import of txt files for security reasons by default, you will need to edit your wp-config.php file on the root of your site and add the following code:

define('ALLOW_UNFILTERED_UPLOADS', true);

This will make it possible to import the data and once you are done you can remove the above code for security reasons.
