I have previously used yoast seo and i dont have any problem with it,after that i have heared positive reviews about rankmath,then i have installed it but after installing rankmath google only indexing featured image 150*150,for post not showing any post images,thats why i have again shifted to yoast seo.

The recommended image size is 1200 pixels in width and 630 pixels in height.
When you configure Sitemap using Rank Math, you need to enable the options “Images in Sitemaps” and “Include Featured Images”. This helps search engines index the important images on your pages/posts.
