Could you confirm if the website is new? If yes, it is completely normal for Google to take time to index the images and other contents of the website.

As for the setting for images, you should ensure that you’ve not checked the “No Image Index” option from the Titles & Meta settings and from the Advanced tab of Rank Math on the posts/pages/CPTs of the website.
If everything seems fine, please give Google some time to crawl the website, and hopefully, more images should get indexed.
