I have checked some of the products in your sitemap, and I was able to find them.
However, your product URLs in your sitemap already include images in it. Please note that there are no special settings for images to make them indexable or non-indexable. If they can be seen in a browser, Google is free to index them.
For some, it might take longer than others, but there is no setting in Rank Math or any other SEO plugin you can use to make the process faster.
I would recommend giving it some time for Google to show those images in the image section of the search results.
