Thank you for contacting Rank Math support.
Please note that Rank Math detects only the images inserted inside the post_content, so images that were inserted on a page as gallery, background, and slider will not be detected and included in the sitemap.
However, Google will still be able to discover and index those images directly from the content.

Those images are not added using img tag/element they are added as div with background image.
Alt texts are only added to the image element (img).
