    Hi there,

I am glad to use RM, this is a great product.

I have given an alt attribute to all images images loaded to our website (including logos), but I get the following message in SEO analysis concerning images. I paste it hereunder in the sensitive data section.

I am using Thrive Themes to build my website and LiteSpeed Cache to enhance it. Perhaps, one of them do not stack well with SEO analysis as far as images are concerned.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Hello,

Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

I don’t see any message in the Sensitive Data section, could you check it? By the way, thank you for your kind words about Rank Math, that is what motivates us to keep working hard on the product.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello Alberto,

I paste a portion of the information hereunder:

This is an extract of the information shown by RM SEO analysis. The total information concerns 55 images. Nonetheless, this shows that images have no alt attributes. This is strange because, we checked in the Media Library and also with the support team of the theme we use and all images have proper alt names.

Please let me konw if you any solution for this issue. We are looking forward to optimze our website with RM as much as possible.

    Best regards,
    Zoltan Kemenes

    Hello,

I think we might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
    Sensitive Data Section

It is completely secure and only our support staff has access to that section. If you want, you can use the below plugin to generate a temporary login URL to your website and share that with us instead:

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/

You can use the above plugin in conjunction with the WP Security Audit Log to monitor what changes our staff might make on your website (if any):

We really look forward to helping you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello,

Could you check the credentials? I have tried with both, the username and the e-mail but none of them let me log in.

    Looking forward to help you.

    Hello,
@Aafan, I have checked some of the images listed as missing alt attribute and they do miss the alt tag, here is a screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/UUVprz

    @Zoltan
, the access details you have provided don’t seem to work for me either. Could you please check the images tagged to be missing alt tags as I have shown in this screencast: https://i.rankmath.com/sL2qQQ

    Looking forward to helping you

    Thank you.

    Hello,

I have updated the sensitive data as requested. Can you please check further?

    Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

I updated the password, I tested the given credentials and I could login succesfully.

I checked the images and they have and alt value in the WP Media Library and Thrive Architect as well (this later is the solution I use to bulid the website).

Thanks again for your efforts in helping us.

    Best regards,
    Zoltan

    Hello,

I have checked your site, created a test post and added an image with an alt text from your library. It seems your theme is not adding the alt tags from the media library to your images in posts, even with Rank math deactivated. Please get in touch with your theme support about this.

Looking forward to helping you. Thank you.

    Hello Michael,

Thanks for your feedback. Based on your recommendation, we are investigating the issue with Thrive Support for a couple of days now and it may be theme related, but unfortunately no solution so far.

    Best regards,
    Zoltan

    Hello,

Unfortunately there is nothing much we can do, if the alt text is missing from the images added using your theme, you will need to edit the PHP files for that which is usually from your theme provider.

Let us know how their fix goes and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.

    Hello,

Since we did not hear back from you for 15 days, we are assuming that you found the solution. We are closing this support ticket.

If you still need assistance or any other help, please feel free to open a new support ticket, and we will be more than happy to assist.

    Thank you.
