Hi, in my Rank Math settings I have defined formats for image title and alt attributes like this:
Alt attribute: %filename% %sep% %tags%
Title: %filename% %sep% %category%
But when I publish a blog post without manually adding alt text or title to images, and then inspect the code, the images have only the filename as alt text and title. The whole formula is not being used.

We might need to take a closer look at the settings. Please edit the first post on this ticket and include your WP logins in the designated Sensitive Data section.
