Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math support and sorry for any inconvenience caused.
Unfortunately, we don’t have any control over how SERP results are displayed and Google displays them as per their will.
Please refer to this article: https://moz.com/learn/seo/serp-features#image-pack
Here is a similar inquiry on google support: How to display pictures in the mobile SERP
With that said, although Rank Math generates a proper schema and meta tags, it is ultimately Google’s decision if they want to include them with your website or not. It depends on a lot of factors, authority and backlinks being just the 2 of them.
Hope that helps and please do not hesitate to let us know if you need our assistance with anything else.
Hello,
Adding to my colleague’s response, if you’re referring to the thumbnail images displayed with the search results on the SERPs, Google usually picks the first image from the page it finds suitable to be shown on the SERPs. With that said, this is an automated process, and no SEO plugin or tool has control over it.
We would advise adding images on your page that you want to display on SERPs and ensuring that the images contain proper ALT texts.
Along with that, you should ensure that the best practices for images are being followed. Here are a few guides for your reference:

https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/guidelines/google-images
https://www.themediacaptain.com/how-to-get-thumbnail-images-on-google-mobile-searches/
This will give correct indications to Google, and hopefully, the thumbnails would get added in the future.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
