    sorry I may be missing something – when I set up the image seo I took advantage of the package being able to add alt text to my images.

    should I be able to see these alt images information in media?
    I don’t see anywhere that this extra text has been added –
    I set Alt atttribute format as %filename% – I looked in feature image on page, in media library…
    any advice that I may be missing a step.
    I plan on going in and adding seo text but ones I miss at least would have something

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank math today.

    Rank math adds missing alt text to your images in the front end. To confirm this, you can view source of a page where you haven’t added the alts. This only appears in the front end of your page/post, not in the back end, so you won’t see th alt added in the media library.

    ​If the alt text is missing from the images added using your theme, you will need to edit the PHP files for that. Please get in touch with your theme provider and they will be able to provide you with exact instructions on that.
