    Rank Math free

Hello – I have used YOAST for years but thought I’d check out the competition and take a look at RANK math. I’ve installed it on my personal blog lonelyshoes.co.uk – So far so good, I’m enjoying the interface, everything is pretty intuitive and unlike YOAST it doesn’t appear to be bloatware.

One of the reasons I wanted to try out Rank Math was because I’m not getting very good image search results for lonely shoes. I’m getting a top hit for normal searches, but what ever approach I use for images, I’m just not seeing good SERP.

Just wondering if someone wanted to take a look and tell me where I’m gong wrong?

    Many thanks

    Gordon

  • Hello,

Thank you for contacting the support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

Can you please share your website URL with us so we can further check it on our end? You can insert the URL in the Sensitive Data section for us to check.

Here’s a detailed guide that you might find useful when ranking your images:

Looking forward to helping you on this one.

    Hey Jeremy,

Thanks for your reply. Here’s the URL https://www.lonelyshoes.co.uk/ (nothing sensitive about that!). I’m wondering if google penalising me for keyword stuffing? Not sure where I should include the key search phrase ‘lonely shoe’ or ‘lonely shoes’. Literally very single post is of a ‘lonely shoe’ but I’m guessing google doesn’t like every post using the same key search phrase.

Any advice greatly appreciated – I feel this is quite a specific issue.

    Best

    Gordon

    Hello,

I can check that many of your posts are already indexed in SERPs. And the focus keyword you use in the meta box isn’t detected by Google. It is only to help you optimize your content. Since all your posts only have an image in them, there is no issue with keyword stuffing.

You just need to keep an eye on the coverage section of your GSC account and see if there are any warnings from Google. If there are no warnings then just follow the guides shared by my colleague and wait for Google to index all the remaining images.

Hope this helps. Let us know if you need any other assistance.

    Thanks.
