I get it that the images have to be under 300kb annd since you can see the preview when you post the link that would imply I have resized it correctly wouldn’t it ? but do you know why that preview is not showing when I share the link ?

Try clearing the cache of your browser & site. If the issue persists then try sharing the link from some other device and see if that works.

This isnt a complaint because I appreciate your support however, after i gave you access to my site my site went down and my host said it would probably have been something to do with a plugin. Of course this may have been nothing to do with Rankmath but I’m sure you can see why I wonder if that is the case because no changes have been made to any other plugin. What is a bit annoyuing however, is I am now trying to upload images and they will not upload as wordpress is saying they are too big. I always use high res images as I explained and do not want restrictions on that. Have you done anything to restrict the size of image uploads ? Thanks and kind regards, Andrew

Our team didn’t make any code changes to the plugin and whenever we do that we always tell the user what we changed to solve any issue that may arise.
If the images you are trying to upload are too big you might have a limitation imposed by the hosting provider on the maximum image size that it can be uploaded.
We recommend getting in touch with them and asking what is the limit for the image size and see if that is higher than the images you are trying to upload on the website.
