I have been able to track your previous ticket.
After checking your site, I can see that the plugin is working as expected on the product pages while displaying the gallery images.
Here is an example:
Please note that the %wc_brand% %count(alt)% %wc_shortdesc% will only work on single product pages and not all pages since these value are obtained from the current product.

Yes this is correct! The ALT tags will only be displayed on the frontend dynamically as the page is displayed. Rank Math does not add any data to your database.
On the other hand, the SEO benefit comes in when this value is added to the page source.
