    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math support, and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    I noticed that you are using a non-standard dimension of the image. The current size is (5834 by 3334 in pixels).

    Please make sure that your images are using the recommended image size. Recommended image size is as close as 1200 x 630 pixels.

    hi. i replaced now the image to the dimensions 1200*630 pixels.
    still i can’t see it.
    try to share the link in facebook and you will notice the image doesn’t appear –

    I tried forcibly encoding the image file name as it wasn’t accepted by Facebook as you can see in my screenshot below but I wasn’t able to do it:

    Can you please try renaming the image filename to a valid one and share it again on Facebook?

    hi. so i replaced the name from hebrew to english and the image shows at facebook, so at least it’s good for a start. but another issue comes up – i updated the image to another one and it’s shows me only the old one (even when i deleted it from my media library…)
    i also deleted rank math and installed from the beggining and this still happens…

    Hello,

    The preview that you were seeing while sharing the URL on Facebook was basically not the updated one.

    However, I’ve checked the URL using Facebook Debugger Tool and scrapped the URL again to fetch the updated results. Here you can see in the below screenshots that the image is now already updated and also showing the correct og:image while sharing on Facebook.
