It could be possible that you do not have the appropriate metadata in your images. Also if you have a valid Markup Structure, I think one reason could be that the exact same image URL is not present or is not easily crawlable in the actual HTML. As for this, it can happen once the is lazy loading within images of your page due to the JS rendering in the frontend for this.
