Rank Math does not modify the data in your database. The alt tags are applied on the fly when the content is displayed on the web browser. Hence you see the empty alt tag. However when you visit the same image on your post you will see the ALT tag.

In our homepage’s footer has a logo, that logo has no alt tag, unfortunately, I didn’t find it on the fly on the home page.

Rank Math adds the ALT texts to those images which satisfy all the below conditions:
1. Missing the ALT text.
2. Present inside the WP editor area.
3. Stored on the website.
Since the logo in the footer section of the website is not present inside the WP editor area, ALT text cannot be applied to it automatically.

Images are on our own media library. But we use CDN, obviously, everyone use CDN. According to your statements, if I use CDN, the image alt tag will not Work. Right?
