Hello,
Thank you for contacting Rank Math and bringing your concern to our attention. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this issue may have caused you.
Could you please check the affected URL using our External SEO Analyzer and see if it is already fixed there?
If so, please head over to Rank Math > Status & Tools > Database Tools > and click the Clear SEO Analysis and Remove Transients buttons to flush the SEO Analysis cache

Please note that some options are only available when you enable the Advanced Mode in Rank Math. If it’s not showing, you must have chosen to use the Easy Mode. Please follow the steps in this link to switch to Advanced Mode:

Hello,
The alt text is indeed missing on those images:

If you have added the alt in the media library, please reinsert the image and see if the alt text gets added. Or, you might have to manually edit the statis homepage’s image block and insert the alt manually in the dedicated field for it.
Alternatively, please check with your theme provider to see if they use some other method of inserting the images causing the alt to be stripped when you insert images into your post content.
Do let us know how it goes.
