I tested your homepage using our External SEO Analyzer and the images missing the ALT text are present on the right widget on the page. Please have a look at the screenshot in the sensitive data section of this ticket.
Rank Math automatically adds the ALT texts to the images that are added through the WordPress post editor window only.
For the images that are not added using the post editor window (for example, the images in the header/footer or the sidebar sections) or are not present on the website (external images), the ALT texts can’t be applied with Rank Math.
If you wish, you may manually add the ALT texts to the images that are not present in the post editor window, and for the rest of the images, you can use the Add Missing ALT attribute option of Rank Math.

It seems that you already marked this ticket as “Resolved”.
Do you still need our assistance regarding this issue? As suggested by my colleague, our auto alt feature only applies to the content of your blogs, as for outside of the content such as navigation/footer, you would need to manually add the alt tags in the media page.
