    Hi! The Image Alt Attribute and breadcrumb function is not working. These two functions are deactivating themselves.

    Even activating, after a day or two they deactivate without any interference on my part and this ends up harming the site.

    Thanks for contacting us and we regret the inconvenience caused!

    That sounds strange as all the values of all the options, that Rank Math offers are stored in the database. Unless someone changes the values/options, they cannot change.

    Could you confirm whether someone else has access to your website who might be changing the options?

    Also, you might want to contact your Host to see if there is something wrong with the Database to make values change automatically.

    Hello!

    Yes, only I have access to the website.
    I already talked to the host support and they did not find any problems.

    A strange thing is that only these two options (Image Alt Attribute and breadcrumb) that are deactivated, all other functions remain activated always, so it puzzles me, because every day that I enter these two functions (Image Alt Attribute and breadcrumb) they are deactivated, and in the case of (breadcrumb) it ends up to unconfigure the post page.

    I would also like to inform you that I am very fond of the plugin, except for these reported problems, plugin well above the average, even in its free version.

    Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

    Only the site admin would know and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.
