If the purchase fails, please ensure that your payment method supports the following:

– Payments in USD $
– Supports subscription-based payments
– International payments are turned on

Also, ensure that you are not using a Proxy or VPN? You should use your actual ISP to make the purchase.

Please select your country at the upper right corner of the pricing page and let us know if you are able to purchase with Paypal.

Unfortunately, FastSpring (our payment gateway) doesn’t support Paypal in China as stated in their document here: https://fastspring.com/docs/payment-methods-accepted-by-fastspring/

I would suggest using a different payment method such as accepted cards.
