We apologize for the issue you are facing with identifying and shortening long paragraphs using Rank Math and Content AI. When you click on the eye icon to identify long paragraphs, they should be highlighted to help you easily locate them. If the color of the long text does not change, it may be a technical glitch or a browser-related issue.
To shorten long paragraphs, follow these steps:
- Click the Eye icon after the long paragraph message to highlight the lengthy paragraphs.
- Once highlighted, click on a long paragraph, and a Shorten with AI button will appear.
- Click Shorten with AI to generate a more concise version of the paragraph.

Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.
Please note the highlight feature (clicking the eye icon) doesn’t shorten the paragraph for you. It only highlights the paragraph in question so you don’t have to look for it yourself. Once you identified the paragraph you need to change, you get the option to fix it with AI as well.
