    I signed up for the pro version for my website idiesfarm.com. I was charged initially $73.14 on 7/7 and then $63.47 on 7/21. I am not satisfied with the product and the inability to look into my account and the reason for the charges. Please cancel my pro subscription and refund me both charges. Thank you.

    It seems you have multiple Rank Math accounts, and your PRO subscription is connected to the other account whose email you included in the sensitive data section.

    Given your situation, one solution could be to merge both accounts, consolidating all plans and credits under one primary email address.

    By doing this, we can ensure that all your purchases and tickets are centralized.
