i want to remove home word on the tab

Thanks for contacting Rank Math and apologies for any inconvenience this issue might have caused you.

Please navigate to WP Dashboard > Rank Math > Title & Meta and in the Pages tab, check if the ‘Single Page Title’ is set as %title% %sep% %sitename% or contains “home” which you can remove or change it to just %sitename% and clear your site’s cache.
