According to John Mueller from Google, the search engine is not obligated to display a sitelinks search box just because the markup is being used.
As with any other type of structured data, Google may or may not decide to display a rich result. Usually that depends on whether it will be useful to a searcher’s query.
The sitelinks search box will normally appear when you accompany the domain name with the word ‘website’.
In regards to the other issue, the 32 affected pages are redirecting too many times when the Redirections module is activated. I am consulting our dev team about this issue and we will get back to you in a short while.

Sorry about the trouble you have been facing.
Can you please disable your redirections one by one until you find the redirection causing this loop?
Or, please let us know and we will try to diagnose this for you.
P.S: I found a regex redirect on your website. That might be causing the loop. Have you tried disabling that?
sir, I do not know exactly how to that redirection process, I have give my website access and my GSC access as admin .. you can do what is right .. pls if you do it will be a great help ..

Please disable all redirects you added. One of them is causing this problem.
Seems like one of the redirections you added isn’t configured correctly.
Please disable all redirections and re-enable them one-by-one until you find the one causing this loop.
