I want to disable robot noindex meta

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it could be caused by a conflict with one of your plugins/theme.

To set your images to index, head over to Rank Math > Titles & Meta > Attachments > Robots Meta and set it to index

However, please note that Google discovers the images directly from your content and you don’t have to do anything to set the image files as Index.
