You cannot do that with Rank Math. I don’t think any plugin offers that.
With that said, you need to make the sitemap available to Google which you have to do by placing the link to your sitemap in your robots.txt file. So, you have to make your website visible to Google which will make your site visible to others too. If the only purpose you want to hide your sitemap is so no one can know you are using Rank Math – you can do so using this filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#sitemap-credit

The one and only reason we want to change the URL is: no one can check out our sitemap which we are offering to search engines.
As everyone knows, to check sitemap, go to siteurl.com/sitemap.xml
This is the reason, we want to shift ours to any other URL. For example, it can be, https://foster.pk/foster-sitemap.xml
Let us know, what steps should we follow to make it happen.

I am sorry but Tank math does not have a way to block specific users/people from seeing content on a sitemap.
However you can edit your robots files to prevent certain robots or users from other countries, areas, IP addresses from viewing your site. You can check the WordPress Plugin Repository: https://wordpress.org/plugins/ for a Security plugin that can best match you needs.
