I want to cancel the AI part

    My name is Laura Riera, Americanairtesting.com

    You sent me an email calling me Capitol, not Laura, and telling me my AI free trial was expiring and I would be charged if I didn’t cancel. So I log in to cancel. I no longer seem to have a Pro account or can I find the serial number that was deleted in the last WP update. joy. joy.

    Let’s sort this out. I have never used the name “Capitol”. I don’t use your AI builder; I have my own.

    I DO want the serial number for the Pro plan that I purchased last month. I can send you my credit card statement showing I was successfully billed.

    Thank you for your query and we are so sorry about the trouble this must have caused.

    We checked your account, and all your subscriptions have already been canceled.

    We didn’t see any signs of purchase for a Rank Math PRO last month so we must be talking about a different Rank Math account.

    If that’s the case, can you please search and forward a receipt from FastSpring.com so we can locate your account?
