    I have a 4-year-old website that is indexed in Google and SEO optimized. Now I want to remove my website but I want to remove its indexing in Google and want to remove pages in Google search results. I want your suggestion that what should I do to remove my website and all Google indexing.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and bringing your concern to our attention.

    If you want to remove your website from Google then you can set your whole website noindex. To do that, you can check the Search engine visibility option in WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading:

    Once done, give Google some time to recrawl your site it will automatically remove your website from SERPs.

    Hello,

    When you enable the Search engine visibility option, Rank Math will automatically include the noindex tag in all of your pages, posts, and products. So you don’t need to noindex them again one by one.

    One last question, how can I confirm that my website is removed from Google’s search?

    Hello,

    You can use the site: operator to check your pages on SERPs. If there is no results appear that means your website is removed from SERPs. https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/search-operators/all-search-site

    You can also check the Page Indexing report on your Google Search Console to check the total number of indexed and not indexed pages. https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7440203?hl=en

    It’s crucial to provide Google with ample time to acknowledge these changes.

    Search engines are not instant in recognizing modifications made to a website. Exercise patience, wait for some time, and then verify again.

    This allows you to conceal a URL for approximately six months temporarily.
