My rank math subscription got renew automatically. Rank math has done a tremendous job for me but, currently we are facing some financial issue so I want refund of $199.In few day I’ll definitely will purchase business plugin. please consider this and help me with refund. it’s my kind request. Sorry to disappoint, but our refund policy does not extend for renewal subscriptions. Before the subscription happens, our system sends out an email 7 days before the actual charge so the users can cancel their subscription(s).

If you are not refunding my amount Definity ill take a proper action. within one hour of auto payment I have raised the ticket. I know you have sent mail but due to some medical emergency I was not checked my mails. I have told my valid reason as a customer I have rights. please don’t do like this. there are lot my friends which I had recommended Rank Math. They will all cancel subscription If I recommend some other plugin. please don’t do like this with your customers.
