If you’ve not enabled the Nofollow External Links option from Rank Math > General Settings > Links, then all links are by default Dofollow.
You can toggle the Set to Nofollow option in the link pop-up to set the link as Nofollow. Please have a look at this screencast for a quick reference:

Earlier, before I use a third-party page builder,
I have no problem because it appeared the same as you did.
But now, it doesn’t appear like that when I use the themify page builder
I could see only a checkbox with just one option to choose, (i.e. “open in new tab” )
I tried every possible way to find out the “nofollow” button the whole time, yet failed.
To go out of our topic, honestly, I don’t like this page builder
but I cannot remove/delete anymore as I’ll lose all my post (36 articles)
if I change the page builder (which I tried already and reverted). I was forced to keep
the builder though I deleted the paid theme (Ultra).

If the options are not visible in the builder then the page builder isn’t allowing Rank Math to add those options. Please get in touch with the support of the page builder and inform them about this. They will be able to help you with this.
