Meanwhile, Google brings a new algorithmic update several times a month and the chances are great that your website got hit by that.

My webpage is displaying well but Google mobile-friendly test is showing it otherwise which is causing Clickable elements too close together and Text too small to read error.

And your sitemap is working fine and Google is able to discover over 9000 URLs from it even if it isn’t showing the sub-sitemaps. So it must be a visual bug in GSC’s report and as long as the URLs are getting discovered, there is nothing to be worried about.
