    Hi there,

    I currently have the free version of your plugin but just purchased the PRO upgrade.
    What do i do next to add it to my wordpress site?

    Thank you for reaching out to us regarding upgrading to Rank Math PRO. To add the PRO upgrade to your WordPress site, please follow these steps:

    1. Log into your Rank Math account and download Rank Math PRO from your dashboard. You can find the PRO version in your account area.

    2. Ensure that the Rank Math Free version is already installed on your website. If not, you can install it by going to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New and searching for Rank Math. Click Install Now and then Activate the plugin.

    3. After installing the Rank Math Free version, you can proceed to install the Rank Math PRO version. Navigate to WordPress Dashboard → Plugins → Add New, click on Upload Plugin, choose the Rank Math PRO zip file you downloaded, and click Install Now.

    4. Once the plugin is installed, click on Activate now to enable the Rank Math SEO PRO plugin.

    5. To activate your Rank Math PRO license, go to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math SEO → Dashboard → Help and click on Connect Now to activate your license.

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting Rank Math and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.

    Your account has been already upgraded to the PRO version. You’ll also notice that the PRO badge is already showing on your account details.

    If you haven’t already, you can go through this video tutorial that shows you how to get started with your PRO/Business license:

    Please install the Rank Math PRO plugin files if you haven’t already from your registered account from here:
    https://rankmath.com/my-account/

    Once you have activated the PRO plugin, please head over to WordPress Dashboard > Rank Math > Dashboard > Help and click the connect/disconnect and then the connect button.

    You will be taken to RankMath.com again where you can connect your account to activate your license.

    You do not need to remove the free version of the plugin. Everything will be ported over to the PRO version.

    Also, please ensure that there are no Ad-Blockers installed in your browser or your website is excluded in order to ensure a smooth experience with Rank Math PRO.

    Then head over to WordPress Dashboard → Rank Math → General Settings → Content AI and refresh the credits. Here’s a screenshot for reference:
